These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Frosted Sheep Bake Shop website and the purchase of products from our bakery.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website and paid in full at the time of purchase.

We do not accept payment at pickup. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Pre-Order & Pickup Policy

All products are prepared fresh and require advance notice.

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance
  • Orders must be placed by 3 PM to begin the 24-hour preparation window
  • Orders placed after 3 PM will begin processing the following day
  • Customers must select a pickup date and time window at checkout

Orders will be prepared for the selected pickup window at:

220 Albany Turnpike, Canton, CT

Late Pickup & No Shows

We ask that you arrive within your selected pickup window.

If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability outside of your selected window.

Orders not picked up may not be eligible for refund.

Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, changes and cancellations may be limited.

  • Requests must be made as early as possible
  • We cannot guarantee changes within the 24-hour preparation window
  • Cancellations may not be accepted once production has begun

Product Availability

We offer a curated menu with limited quantities.

While we strive for consistency, availability may vary based on production capacity and demand. Seasonal and special items are offered for a limited time.

Allergens & Ingredients

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat
  • Nuts

We do not guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Customers with food allergies should contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping (Future Availability)

Shipping will be offered at a later date for select products.
