Shipping FAQ

When is the order cutoff?

Order by Monday at 5pm Eastern and your box ships Tuesday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following Tuesday.

Where do you ship?

We ship by UPS to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or outside the U.S. at this time.

Which shipping option should I choose?

For the freshest cookies, choose Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air. Ground works well within Connecticut but isn't recommended for longer distances.

Can I send boxes to different people?

Each order ships to one address. To send boxes to different people, place a separate order for each address.

Can I pick up a shipping box in the store?

Our Build Your Own boxes are made for shipping. If you'd like cookies for pickup, place a pre-order and choose your pickup time.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with UPS tracking as soon as your box ships on Tuesday.
